CONSTITUTION

  1. The name of the society is Chinese Canadian Dental Society of British Columbia (Hereinafter called the "Society").

  2. The purposes of the Society are: (a) To promote and encourage its members to participate and contribute to their community and the Canadian Society-at-large; (b) To foster and develop professionalism, fellowship, and the welfare among all dental personnel; (c) To undertake educational, cultural, athletic and recreational programs of every nature and kind; (d) To promote and establish communication and co-operation between the Society and other organizations; (e) To fund scholarships and fellowships for the dental education in Canada.

  3. The society shall not be for profit. This provision is unalterable.
