The Speaker:

Mr. Bill Henderson. Bill is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost experts on dental practice valuations and sales. After spending the first 25 years of his career in senior executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including P&G and Invesco, Bill bought Tier Three in 2008, with a group of partners, after a disappointing experience with the appraisal of his spouse’s practice. In the following years, he built the brokerage from a small Ontario presence into a leading national brokerage, operating coast to coast. In 2021, Bill sold the business to Henry Schein. He remains on as
an advisor to management while serving a select group of dentist clients.
